This week, we made substantial progress on both the product and operations front while continuing to grow our user base. We onboarded 30 new design partners, increasing active users to 126—a 31.25% week-over-week growth!

2. Key Metrics

  • Revenue: $0
  • User Growth: Grew from 96 to 126 users (31.25% WoW growth).
  • User Retention: 96% of users remain actively engaged.

3. Product/Operations

New Developments:

  • Built end-to-end personalization pipeline for Gmail (AI now imitates users’ writing style).
  • Fixed several bugs to improve stability.
  • Added logging breadcrumbs to Punt-App using Sentry for better debugging.
  • Rewrote Gmail middleware to mitigate "too many requests" errors on Clerk users endpoint.
  • Added Posthog identification for Gmail/Outlook connect and disconnect events.
  • Added default email signature ("-Name").
  • Implemented multi-tenant token validation for Outlook, fixing key bugs.
  • Created MSAL client per invocation to avoid incorrect mailbox lookups in Outlook.
  • Developed author verification using stylistic impressions from sent emails (punt-python).
  • Deployed punt-python in staging on GCP for data-heavy workloads using coherence.
  • Built production pipeline for punt-python.
  • Tested cutting-edge models (o1-mini/o1-preview/Gemini-1.5-pro/flash 8b) for:
    • Stylistic impression generation.
    • Parsing email threads.
    • Author verification.

4. Sales & Marketing
