Role Overview:
As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to create a seamless sales experience for our prospects. With Punt.so’s innovative product as your key tool, you’ll help businesses understand the value of our solution, win their trust, and bring them on board.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation:
- Identify and qualify potential customers through outbound efforts and inbound leads.
- Conduct targeted outreach via email, phone calls, and social media to engage prospects.
- Sales Presentation & Demos:
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase Punt.so’s unique capabilities and ROI.
- Tailor presentations to address specific customer pain points and goals.
- Pipeline Management:
- Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline using a CRM.
- Accurately forecast sales and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
- Negotiation & Closing:
- Handle contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and objections confidently.
- Close deals efficiently while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Collaboration:
- Partner with the marketing team to refine messaging and campaigns.
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on sales techniques, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Share feedback with the product team to improve the solution and address customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
- Skills:
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Attributes:
- Driven, self-motivated, and eager to take initiative.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mentality.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
