As we grow, we’re looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our pipeline growth and be the first point of contact for potential customers.

Role Overview:


As an SDR, you’ll play a crucial role in generating and qualifying leads for our sales team. You’ll identify target companies, connect with decision-makers, and start conversations that lead to new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who’s driven, curious, and eager to kick off their sales career in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
    • Research and identify prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, and social selling.
    • Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless.ai, and our CRM to find and connect with potential clients.
  • Prospect Outreach:
    • Reach out to new leads with personalized messaging that captures their interest.
    • Educate prospects about Punt.so’s value proposition and how it can address their pain points.
  • Qualification:
    • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ needs, challenges, and goals.
    • Qualify leads and set up meetings for Account Executives.
  • Pipeline Management:
    • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM.
    • Provide timely and detailed reports on outreach efforts and lead quality.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • A/B test messaging and strategies to improve response rates.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 1+ years of experience in a sales or business development role (internships included).
    • Familiarity with SaaS, tech, or B2B sales is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong research and problem-solving abilities.
    • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.
