As we continue to scale, we’re searching for a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Marketing to take our brand and growth efforts to the next level.

Role Overview:


The VP of Marketing will lead our overall marketing strategy, driving both brand awareness and demand generation. This leader will set the direction for our messaging, oversee campaign execution, and manage a growing marketing team. With a keen focus on data and ROI, the VP of Marketing will ensure that every initiative delivers measurable results, from acquisition to retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute Punt.so’s comprehensive marketing strategy across all channels.
    • Own the marketing budget, allocating resources to the most impactful initiatives.
    • Collaborate closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to align goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Brand Development:
    • Shape Punt.so’s brand identity, ensuring a consistent and compelling message.
    • Drive thought leadership by promoting our unique value proposition through content, events, and partnerships.
  • Demand Generation & Growth:
    • Build a high-performing demand generation engine that scales with our growth goals.
    • Optimize campaigns to drive leads, conversions, and a healthy pipeline for the sales team.
  • Team Building & Management:
    • Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class marketing team.
    • Establish clear performance metrics, ensuring the team consistently delivers on KPIs.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Implement robust analytics to track campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value.
    • Continuously refine strategies based on data insights to maximize ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 10+ years in marketing roles, with 5+ years in leadership positions at high-growth SaaS companies.
    • Proven track record of scaling marketing efforts and driving substantial revenue growth.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in modern marketing tools, demand generation strategies, and marketing automation platforms.
    • Strong storytelling and brand-building skills.
    • Deep understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing channels.
