As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a strategic and driven Head of Growth to lead our efforts in driving user acquisition, increasing product engagement, and accelerating revenue growth.
Role Overview:
As the Head of Growth, you’ll own and lead all growth initiatives across marketing, sales, and product. Your focus will be on developing strategies that attract, engage, and retain customers while maximizing lifetime value. By implementing data-driven experiments, optimizing funnels, and collaborating closely with the product and marketing teams, you’ll ensure Punt.so’s growth trajectory continues to rise.
Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy:
- Design and execute a comprehensive growth roadmap to achieve aggressive revenue and user growth targets.
- Identify key growth levers, set KPIs, and measure the impact of growth experiments.
- User Acquisition & Retention:
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns, including paid acquisition, organic content, partnerships, and email marketing.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to improve onboarding, activation, and retention.
- Funnel Optimization:
- Develop, implement, and refine a data-driven approach to optimize conversion rates at every stage of the user journey.
- Experiment with pricing, product messaging, and distribution strategies to increase customer lifetime value.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the product team to launch features that drive user engagement and growth.
- Partner with sales and customer success to ensure a seamless experience that reduces churn and increases upsells.
- Leadership & Team Building:
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of growth marketers, analysts, and channel specialists.
- Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Market Insights & Competitive Analysis:
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities.
- Use insights to drive strategic decisions and keep Punt.so ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5+ years in growth, marketing, or product roles, with a proven track record of driving significant user and revenue growth.
- Experience at a high-growth SaaS company or startup is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Deep expertise in growth marketing channels, A/B testing, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mixpanel) and product analytics.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
