We’re now looking for an experienced Product Designer who is highly skilled in Figma to join our team and help shape the future of our product.

Role Overview:

As a Product Designer at Punt.so, you’ll be involved in every stage of product development, from discovery and research to design and implementation. You’ll use your Figma expertise to create high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and design systems that ensure consistency and scalability. By working closely with our product and engineering teams, you’ll ensure that our users—sales professionals—have an exceptional experience that empowers them to close more deals with less effort.

Responsibilities:

• User-Centered Design:
  • Conduct user research and interviews to understand pain points and needs.
  • Translate insights into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Figma Expertise:
  • Use Figma to create detailed designs, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
  • Maintain and evolve our Figma libraries and components for consistency.
• Collaborative Development:
  • Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with product goals.
  • Participate in design reviews and feedback sessions, iterating quickly on concepts.
• Interaction Design:
  • Design intuitive interactions and user experiences that feel smooth, responsive, and natural.
  • Partner with engineering to ensure that animations and transitions match the intended user experience.
• Visual Excellence:
  • Create visually compelling interfaces that align with Punt.so’s brand.
  • Continuously improve the aesthetic and functional quality of our product.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role.
  • A portfolio showcasing your ability to design beautiful, user-friendly interfaces.
• Skills:
  • Advanced Figma skills, including creating design systems, interactive prototypes, and collaboration workflows.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with user research methods and incorporating feedback into your designs.
• Attributes:
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to present your design ideas clearly.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, collaborative environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better communicate with developers.
• Experience designing for AI-driven products or tools used by sales professionals.
