Role Overview:


As our first dedicated Content Writer, you’ll be responsible for crafting compelling content that resonates with our target audience. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to create materials that educate, inform, and inspire sales professionals, helping them understand how Punt.so can revolutionize their workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:
    • Write blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and success stories that showcase our product’s benefits and customer successes.
    • Develop email campaigns, social media copy, and web content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Thought Leadership:
    • Research industry trends, best practices, and pain points to produce insightful, authoritative content.
    • Help position Punt.so as a trusted resource and thought leader in the sales and AI space.
  • Audience Engagement:
    • Craft content that speaks directly to our target audience—sales professionals and decision-makers.
    • Work on messaging that is clear, concise, and aligned with our brand voice.
  • Collaboration:
    • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop a consistent content calendar.
    • Incorporate feedback from team members and customers to refine and improve content.
  • Performance Tracking:
    • Monitor content performance metrics and use data to continuously improve engagement and effectiveness.
    • Optimize content for SEO and search visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of professional writing experience, preferably in a SaaS, tech, or sales-focused company.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to produce a high volume of quality content on a regular schedule.
    • Understanding of SEO principles and content marketing best practices.
  • Attributes:
    • Strong research skills and the ability to quickly learn about complex topics.
    • A passion for technology, AI, and helping sales teams improve their efficiency.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
